CTEIS Public Reports

These reports do not require CTEIS login credentials. *Please note: To protect the identity of student data, low-value numbers on public reports may be obfuscated. Please click the links below to be navigated to report background and descriptions.

How to Run the Report

  • Please select report type on side menu bar
  • Select parameters- CEPD or FA. Enter in entity code or name of entity (ex. Capital Area Career Center)
  • Please select how you would like to run the report from the selections listed at the bottom of the page. CEPD and Fiscal Agency codes and/or building selection is needed when prompted. The report will default to the most recent year. However, you can select previous years by selecting year of choice in the right panel on the next page.
  • Once you have made selections, please select “Run Report” button when prompted.
