CTEIS Fall Enrollment Tasks

Welcome Users! The Fall Data Entry links below provide training modules for topics related to Fall Data Collection. Please review the material and use the resource links provided for instructions on how to use CTEIS screens. 

 

1. Verify and Input Data

In preparation for the Spring Enrollment Report, you are strongly encouraged to begin your data collection, entry, and validation as early in the school year as possible. Please note: for Fall Data entry, only course and staff data is required for this collection period.  Please review the documents below on the Fall data collection process and instructions on how to input course data. 

 

To submit course data, you will need to verify and enter course section data into CTEIS. Please use the reference document below for instructions on how to input course and staff information into CTEIS:

 

When you are ready to submit student data, you will need to verify that student records, program, and current enrollment data are entered into CTEIS. Please use the reference document below for instructions on how to input student data into CTEIS:

 

For end-of the- year reporting, you will need to indicate if courses will award credentials, or if your courses will have Work Based Learning experiences. Please use the reference documents below for instructions on how to input Credentials and Work Based Learning experiences into CTEIS:

3. Submit your Data

When you have completed your data entry and verification processes, you will need to submit your Fall course and staff data for Fiscal Agent/CEPD Administrator review. For instructions on how to submit your fall course data please use the link below.
